Commander SF Ballistic Helmet

Description

The Commander SF bulletproof helmet is made from Twaron Aramid from Teijin, a respected and progressive Dutch production company of ballistic material. NIJ standard 0106.01. The SF bulletproof helmets are tested up to V50 according to STANAG2920, which is the NATO standard for bulletproof/bulletproof materials. Ballistic tests have shown that the Commander SF is able to stop shards and fragmentation from 17 grains at a speed of 696 m / sec. In addition, the Commander SF level IIIA has been tested to the EN397 standard. This standard tests the “shock absorption” and determines whether the shock is properly absorbed so that as little damage as possible to the neck and head occurs when a cartridge hits the helmet.

Features:

• The Liner system inside the helmet consists of 10 Memory Foam Pads, which is our specially developed foam technology that not only makes the helmet comfortable to wear but also so that the blunt force trauma from bullet impacts is reduced. The Memory Foam pads are attached with velcro and can easily be replaced with other suspensions/padding systems.
• NIJ level IIIA; V50 ballistic test according to the STANAG2920, 17 grains at a speed of 696 m / sec
• EN397 rated to reduce neck and head damage from shock absorption after the helmet is hit by cartridge or shards
