Who we are

Our Story
Geary Defense has one single goal as the driving force behind our company direction; To supply top quality Body Armor and Safety Equipment at a cost that is not only competitive with other companies but surpasses most.

Not only a Manufacturer, but we also work alongside established brands and companies to offer our customers a wide variety of NIJ Certified and NIJ Compliant products. A shop like ours is only as good as the quality of the gear we sell so we find it important to keep an eye on what’s new on the market and if the products we sell have an enduring quality that we’d be proud to sell to our professional users.

Over the years we have had the opportunity to work closely with our local Police and Fire departments supplying equipment directly to them in bulk amounts to help kit out Officers with specialist gear. We have also helped with the private sector including Private Military Contractors and several Special Forces Operatives. We’re also proud to have supplied equipment to the “Trucks of America” Semi-Trucking Industry. At GEARY DEFENSE, we hope to continue serving both our Loyal Customer base and the trained Elite who entrust us to sell them quality gear that will last the test of time. The Company’s directors, officers, and employees are required to comply with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

The purpose of the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics is to deter wrongdoing and to promote, among other things, honest and ethical conduct and to ensure to the greatest possible extent that the Company’s business is conducted in a consistently legal and ethical manner. The Code of Business Conduct and Ethics is intended to cover the requirement of a Code of Ethics for senior financial officers as provided by the SEC’s rules with respect to Section 406 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

Employees may submit concerns or complaints regarding ethical issues on a confidential basis by means of a telephone call to an assigned voicemail box or via email. All concerns and complaints are investigated by the audit committee.
