The SRT Discreet Plate Carrier lives up to its name – with its convincingly simple and minimalist design and the low weight of only 18.5 oz, it is ideal for use in the range as well as in low profile and direct action applications. The CORDURA® 500 laminate used makes this possible and at the same time ensures high abrasion resistance, which means that the Discreet Plate Carrier can be processed to a high quality and is extremely durable. The SRT Discreet is also optionally available as a variant with ballistic multi-curve NIJ Level IV or Level III 10″ x 12″ Hard Armor Plates
FEATURES:
– Vertical laser-cut slits in the chest area allow for any desired expansion by means of G-hooks or QASM buckles. Chest rigs, placards or similar can be attached here (not included, sold separately).
– The cummerbund, made of a robust elastic polyester rubber band, is attached by means of Velcro and can be flexibly locked to the respective body circumference and adapts to the movement of the wearer. Additionally, magazines, tourniquets, or radios can be stored in integrated side pockets, which are equipped with a row of Lasercut-MOLLE. In the rear area of the cummerbund, it is possible to attach light equipment or pouches using the MOLLE system.
– The ballistic protection plates are inserted into the carrier from above and secured with a Velcro strap. The Plate Carrier is designed for plates with the size 30 cm x 25 cm. Due to the flap, plates with slightly different sizes can also be used. The shoulder straps secure the plates additionally when carrying them and ensure that they sit close to the body. For concealed carrying, we recommend Multi-Curved plates. If a different size of the DPC is required, this is also possible. Write to us at info@terra-b.de
– On the front and backside there is a velcro surface to attach call signs, patches, or similar.
– The inside of the DPC is equipped with two strips of velcro on each side (dimensions 3.5 cm x 17 cm). This offers the possibility to stick in pads of your choice or e.g. a TacVet.
– On the underside of the DPC there are six rows of Lasercut-MOLLES. This also allows narrow pouches or similar equipment, e.g. a TQ pouch, to be attached using a shock cord.
